Lebrillo Hand-Painted Terracotta Small Bowl in Blue by Pomelo Casa - 5¾″
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Pomelo Casa’s Lebrillo Small Bowl is a 5¾-inch hand-painted terracotta bowl patterned with traditional Spanish bird-or-pomegranate motifs in classic blue. At 2½ inches high, it is comfortably sized for granola and fruit, a small salad or dessert, or olives and nuts set out to share. Traditional blue gives this useful in-between size an easy familiarity and makes it simple to combine with other ceramics. Handmade and hand-painted in southern Spain, each bowl carries subtle variations in brushwork and glaze.
“Blue makes an everyday bowl almost impossible to tire of. This size can begin with yogurt at breakfast and return with olives before dinner, which is exactly the sort of usefulness I want from tableware.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Microwave and refrigerator safe; do not use in the oven. Small differences in brushwork and glaze are natural to these handmade ceramics.
Maker / Heritage
Founded by interior designer Francesca de la Fuente, Pomelo Casa grew from the ceramics she knew while growing up in southern Spain. The collection is handmade and hand-painted in a small family-run workshop in Granada, using traditional Lebrillo motifs and techniques the maker traces back more than five centuries. Formed from terracotta clay and finished by hand, each piece carries the slight variations in brushwork and glaze that distinguish ceramics made this way.
