Lemon Hand-Beaded Coasters by Joanna Buchanan - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
The Lemon Hand-Beaded Coasters by Joanna Buchanan make a practical 4-inch surface feel like a small piece of summer table decoration. Glass beads are worked over a cotton backing to create the lemon motif, giving the set of four texture, color, and the kind of shimmer that catches light beneath a glass. Hand beaded in India, each coaster carries slight variation from the workmanship rather than a perfectly identical finish. They are cheerful on a drinks tray, outdoor table, or bar cart and work especially well when the surrounding pieces are simple—clear glassware, natural linen, wicker, or white ceramics allow the beadwork to remain the decorative focus.
“A coaster can be practical and still be part of the table. I like these best when everything around them is very straightforward; a clear glass on top of a beaded lemon is already enough charm for one small corner of the setting.”
