Machine wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low, removing the pillowcases promptly once dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, both of which can interfere with the smooth character of the lyocell. A low iron may be used when a neater finish is wanted, although smoothing the cases over the pillows immediately after laundering will usually preserve their fluid appearance beautifully.
