The Cristel® Preserve Pan is a large-capacity brushed 18/10 stainless steel vessel with Multiply® construction that diffuses heat through the body of the pan. A glass lid is included. Its generous scale is intended for jam making, preserving, mussels, cassoulet, sauerkraut, and other traditional preparations where both volume and steady heat matter.

Care & Ownership
Wash before first use with hot water and liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use heat appropriate to the vessel and keep gas flames within the base where applicable. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.
