Nesa Two Door Elm Nightstand from Canggu Home
Special Order: This is a special-order item with an estimated lead time of 4 to 8 weeks. As it is prepared exclusively for you, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Nesa brings a pair of small paneled doors to a compact elm bedside cabinet. The softly rounded top edge and short, tapered legs give the box-like form a lighter outline, while the wood grain provides its quiet surface detail.
At 21.5 inches wide and high, with a 16-inch depth, it offers a contained top beside a bed or chair. The closed lower section gives personal essentials a place that remains out of the room’s view.
“At a bedside, I care about leaving room for the evening’s real necessities. A lamp, a book and clear space for a glass can be enough on Nesa’s small top, with the closed section keeping the rest discreet.”

Care & Ownership
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth, working gently along the grain. Blot spills immediately and dry the surface fully; use coasters and protective mats beneath hot, cold or wet objects. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive pads and prolonged dampness. Keep the piece away from direct sunlight, heaters and strong air vents. Solid wood responds to changes in humidity, so small changes in grain and color are part of its character. Lift furniture when moving it rather than dragging the legs across the floor. Dust inside drawers, shelves and door edges periodically, keeping the interiors dry and avoiding overloading small compartments.
Maker / Heritage
Canggu Home grew from a family’s search for rooms with a quieter, more natural character. A visit to artisan workshops in Canggu, Bali, inspired the family’s approach in 2021, followed by direct sourcing from makers in China, Indonesia and Africa. The business is a curator: its interest is in material, workmanship and the way a piece belongs in a room. Visible grain, hand-worked irregularity and plainly expressed forms are part of that choice, with Japanese and Scandinavian influences brought together through texture rather than elaborate decoration.
