Care & Ownership
Wipe the frame with a soft, dry cloth and remove loose dust from the woven seat gently. The maker recommends spot cleaning the jute with water; use only a lightly dampened cloth, blot rather than scrub and let the seat dry fully before use. Do not soak the weave or use harsh cleaners. Keep away from direct sun, heat and damp conditions.

Twin brothers Steven and Jordan Neman grew up in Los Angeles and opened House of Leon in 2021 with an approach rooted in places rather than passing trends. The Ojai collection looks to a California valley; Milan provides another language of form and structure. Behind the wood furniture is a family-owned atelier where woodworking skills have passed through generations, working with woods sourced in the Mediterranean. That combination of regional observation and inherited making gives the pieces their character: familiar materials, deliberate proportions and details that feel connected to a place. The collections are designed to relate to one another while leaving room for a home’s own history.
