Ornament Porcelain Cake Stand by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
The Ornament porcelain cake stand lifts a round serving plate on a simple pedestal. White relief brings Sam Baron’s architectural inspiration into a focal point for cake or pastries.
“White relief has a lovely affinity with celebration cakes. I can picture this stand beneath a birthday cake, surrounded by plates chosen from different parts of the china cupboard.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
