Care & Ownership
For decorative use. Dust with a soft cloth; if needed, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry. Lift the lid separately when moving a covered piece. Avoid abrasive cleaners, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Maker / Heritage
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings a living decorative tradition to the table. Its porcelain is glazed, fired and individually checked before decoration; the factory also maintains a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected artistic pieces. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron give that long history fresh expression, from finely drawn botanicals to architectural relief. It is this combination of technical care and imaginative decoration that gives the maker its distinctive range.
