Pewter Pitcher with Faux Antler Handle by Vagabond House

Sale price$900.00
Available to Ship Icon Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days

Pewter scrollwork joins a molded and painted antler-look resin handle to this metal pitcher. The curved handle and smooth vessel create a country-house silhouette, with a ten-inch height giving the pitcher a distinct presence on the table.

“A pitcher should be easy to reach without leaning across another guest. I would give this one a clear place near the glasses, with a cloth nearby for a stray drop.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage

Vagabond House began in 1986 by turning antique silver tableware into jewelry and table accents. The Haas and Hardy families focused the company on tableware after acquiring it in 2004, and three generations now contribute to the Sierra Madre, California business. Its designers look closely at nature, old architecture and antiques, then work with carvers, artisans and fabricators to bring those ideas into useful objects. In the pewter work, details such as the veins of an oak leaf or the textured skin of a pear are carved and polished into the form. That attention to small, recognizable things gives the pieces much of their character at the table.
