Plisse Porcelain Sauceboat or Underplate by Pillivuyt — Sold Separately
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
The finely pleated Plisse sauceboat and its matching underplate have complementary forms. They remain two separate selectable purchases: choosing the sauceboat does not include the underplate, and choosing the underplate does not include the sauceboat.
“I appreciate being able to buy the matching underplate only when it is useful. The Plisse relief gives the pair a quiet character without requiring them to be sold together.”

Maker / Heritage
Established in France in 1818, Pillivuyt has been producing porcelain at its Mehun-sur-Yèvre manufacture since 1854. More than two centuries of accumulated knowledge inform its precise forms, remarkably smooth glaze, and enduring approach to functional tableware.
Fired at high temperatures, Pillivuyt porcelain develops a dense, nonporous surface that combines the refinement of fine French craftsmanship with the demands of everyday use.
