The Pré Fleuri Organic Cotton Ruffled Pillow Cover by Sophie Williamson Design gives the designer’s wildflower print a softer, more exuberant form. Hand-illustrated flowers spread across substantial GOTS-certified organic cotton, while a generous three-inch ruffle extends beyond the 14-inch cushion body and gives the pattern considerably more presence than its central dimensions suggest. It is especially good where a room has become a little too straight-edged: tucked into a tailored armchair, layered against a larger square cushion on a bed, or placed among stripes, checks, and another floral in a different scale.

Pré Fleuri need not be treated as the only pattern in the room. Pick up one of its colors elsewhere, alter the scale of the neighboring print, and allow the ruffle to provide a change of shape. The result can be layered and quite spirited while still feeling harmonious.

Care & Ownership

Machine wash at approximately 30°C or on a warm setting. Line dry away from direct sunlight whenever possible; if machine drying is necessary, use a delicate low setting. Iron from the reverse while the cotton is slightly damp, or mist lightly before pressing. Attend to stains promptly with water and a small amount of dish soap before washing. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.

Because the insert is sold separately, you may reuse one already in the house or choose the degree of fullness you prefer.
