The Romance Is Dead Organic Cotton Tablecloth in Blue by Sophie Williamson Design turns the entire table into a field of pink cherry blossoms against deep blue. Printed on substantial organic cotton, the pattern has enough scale and color to transform even a familiar dining room, while the blue ground gives all that romance a certain depth and formality. It is equally persuasive beneath inherited china and silver as it is with contemporary plates, colored glass, or something deliberately unexpected.
This is not a tablecloth that requires everything above it to become quiet. Layer in another print through the napkins or placemats, introduce a stripe, or repeat one of the pinks in flowers gathered for the center. The table will hold quite a lot when the colors relate and the proportions remain considered. Available in three generous sizes, Romance Is Dead can dress everything from a smaller rectangular table to a large dining table for fourteen.

Care & Ownership
Machine wash at approximately 30°C or on a warm setting. Line dry away from direct sunlight whenever possible; if machine drying is necessary, use a delicate low setting. Iron from the reverse while the cotton is slightly damp, or mist lightly before pressing. Attend to stains promptly with water and a small amount of dish soap before washing. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
