A fluted, scalloped body gives this brass bell a more sculptural outline than a plain dome. Handmade in India from an in-house Galley & Fen design, it has a top ring for hanging and a five-inch body that can become a distinctive detail on a wreath or seasonal arrangement.

Care & Ownership
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe marks gently with a cloth dampened with mild soapy water, then dry at once. Avoid soaking, the dishwasher and abrasive cleaners. Store dry and handle by the body rather than pulling on decorative edges.
Maker / Heritage
Galley & Fen begins with the eye of an interior designer: founder Laurel Newton studied interior design and created the collection around the everyday objects she wanted in a home. The team develops its own designs, drawing on the useful forms of European vintage kitchens rather than simply reproducing an ornamental look. Its work with a family of artisans in India brings handmaking into those designs, with small variations that remain visible in the finished pieces. Gathered textile edges, embroidered botanical details and warm copper or brass give practical objects a presence of their own. The pleasure is in choosing something useful whose smallest details have also been considered.
