Song Bird Stoneware Tea and Coffee Service by Vagabond House - Creamer and Sugar Set
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A bird perched on the sugar-bowl lid is the focal point of this Song Bird creamer service. White stoneware contrasts with pewter branches, blooms and nest details, while the tray keeps pitcher, sugar bowl and spoon together for tea or coffee.
“The bird on the lid is my favorite detail here. A little uncluttered space around the service lets a guest discover the nest and branches while pouring coffee.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Support the body or base when carrying a filled piece.
Maker / Heritage
Vagabond House began in 1986 by turning antique silver tableware into jewelry and table accents. The Haas and Hardy families focused the company on tableware after acquiring it in 2004, and three generations now contribute to the Sierra Madre, California business. Its designers look closely at nature, old architecture and antiques, then work with carvers, artisans and fabricators to bring those ideas into useful objects. In the pewter work, details such as the veins of an oak leaf or the textured skin of a pear are carved and polished into the form. That attention to small, recognizable things gives the pieces much of their character at the table.
