Stoneware Olive Oil Bottle by Farmhouse Pottery
A rounded shoulder and narrow neck give this white-glazed stoneware oil bottle its familiar kitchen profile. The exposed clay base adds warmth beside a board or salad bowl, while an included tapered silver-finish pourer controls the stream. Three capacities accommodate different cooking routines.
“How quickly the oil is used would guide my bottle size; a small working supply can stay fresher.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership
Remove the pourer before cleaning. Wash the stoneware bottle with mild soap or in the dishwasher, rinse thoroughly and allow the interior to dry completely before refilling. Hand wash and dry the pourer separately, clearing the spout with a small brush as needed. Store oil away from direct sunlight and heat.
Maker / Heritage
Founded in Woodstock, Vermont, in 2012, Farmhouse Pottery brings a working potter’s eye to everyday housewares. Founder James Zilian’s training in ceramics and years designing for Simon Pearce inform the restrained shapes; English studio pottery and the Japanese idea of wabi-sabi inform an affection for visible process and small variations. The signature Silo forms take their lines from Vermont’s farm silos, pairing white glaze with revealed clay. From that starting point, the collection extends into complementary tools and textiles, chosen to make a useful, tactile whole at home.
