The Strate® Splatter Screen is made from brushed 18/10 stainless steel and offered in 11- and 13-inch diameters. The 11-inch screen fits Cristel® vessels roughly 8 to 9.5 inches across; the 13-inch screen suits vessels about 10 to 12.5 inches across. It uses Cristel®’s detachable-handle system, with the handle sold separately, so the screen can be stored flat when not in use.

Care & Ownership
Wash before first use with hot water and liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use heat appropriate to the vessel and keep gas flames within the base where applicable. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.

Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware. The company works extensively in 18/10 stainless steel, integrates more than 90% of its production in-house, and holds the French Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant designation; qualifying products also carry Origine France Garantie certification.
