This square Cristel® grill pan measures 28 by 28 centimeters and uses Ultralu® construction with an anodized aluminum core and Exceliss®+ non-stick coating. The broad square surface gives vegetables, fish, and smaller cuts of meat room to cook in a single layer, while the responsive construction is designed to distribute heat across the pan rather than concentrate it at the center.
