Usman Rattan Wall Mirror by bali & pari
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A wavy scalloped border surrounds the Usman wall mirror. Natural rattan embellishes its metal frame, turning the edge into the decorative feature and giving the reflection a more animated outline.
“I would hang Usman against a relatively plain wall. The scalloped border makes its own pattern and benefits from a little uninterrupted space around it.”

Maker / Heritage
The rattan work at bali & pari begins with a material that can be shaped as well as woven. Experienced artisans in Indonesia cut, steam and bend the stems, then weave or arrange them into the finished designs. Those techniques allow a single material to form an open lattice, a tightly worked panel or a braided border. Natural differences in tone and fiber remain visible, giving the handworked pieces their individual character.
