Vintage Vienna Polished Metal Pedestal Serving Bowl by Beatriz Ball - Large
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Fluting, pearl-like details and a raised base give the Vintage Vienna pedestal its decorative character. The silver-colored aluminum-alloy form offers a 10.25-inch serving width with a six-inch rise, making fruit or a shared dish easier to see among lower pieces. It can also stand as a sculptural bowl between meals.
“A raised bowl can make fruit feel part of the room rather than something left on the counter. I like Vienna with a simple, generous filling that leaves its fluted outline clearly in view.”

Care & Ownership
Handwash with gentle detergent and a soft sponge, then towel-dry immediately to prevent water spots. Do not leave in standing water or use for prolonged food storage. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and cutting directly on the surface. No routine silver polishing is needed; store clean and dry.
Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
