Zander Rattan Ottoman Bench by bali & pari
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A wide cushion rests over the open rattan frame of the Zander ottoman bench. The scalloped skirt brings a decorative line beneath the seat, while the removable fabric-covered foam cushion adds a practical softer layer.
“I would use the long Zander opposite a sofa when a room needs a flexible extra perch. Measure the clear walkway as carefully as the bench itself.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership
Dust regularly with a soft brush or the gentle brush attachment of a vacuum. Wipe marks with a barely damp, soft cloth and dry promptly. Blot spills before they settle into the weave; avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Protect the fibers from standing water, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Vacuum upholstery gently with a soft brush, and blot spills without rubbing. Check the cushion’s care label before deeper cleaning; seek professional upholstery care for persistent marks.
Maker / Heritage
The rattan work at bali & pari begins with a material that can be shaped as well as woven. Experienced artisans in Indonesia cut, steam and bend the stems, then weave or arrange them into the finished designs. Those techniques allow a single material to form an open lattice, a tightly worked panel or a braided border. Natural differences in tone and fiber remain visible, giving the handworked pieces their individual character.
