Aquarelle Pink Yellow and Green Glass Coupe Glasses by Beatriz Ball - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Pink, yellow and green bring a lighthearted palette to the Aquarelle coupes. Their fluted bowls and jewel-like stem details give each artisan-made glass a lively silhouette for sparkling wine, a cocktail or a small dessert. Each glass has an eight-fluid-ounce capacity, with four matching pieces in the set.
“A coupe with this much color deserves a simple drink in my view. I would leave the rim uncluttered and let the pink, yellow and green make the occasion feel a little more playful.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
Aquarelle takes its cue from watercolor tints, combining fluting and jewel-like details with contrasting colors. The glasses are made by artisans one at a time for a table with a little playfulness.
