Artichoke Hammered Stainless Steel Serving Tray by Vagabond House
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Hammered stainless steel catches the light across this oval Artichoke serving tray. A hand-cast pewter vegetable detail provides a sculptural grip at the edge, balancing the practical serving surface with the textured leaves of the garden motif.
“The hammered surface already contributes texture. My choice would be small, low dishes that allow the artichoke grip to remain visible and easy to reach.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Hand wash with mild dish soap, warm water and a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse and dry promptly, paying attention to the pewter fittings and the underside. Support the body or base when carrying a filled piece.
Maker / Heritage
Vagabond House began in 1986 by turning antique silver tableware into jewelry and table accents. The Haas and Hardy families focused the company on tableware after acquiring it in 2004, and three generations now contribute to the Sierra Madre, California business. Its designers look closely at nature, old architecture and antiques, then work with carvers, artisans and fabricators to bring those ideas into useful objects. In the pewter work, details such as the veins of an oak leaf or the textured skin of a pear are carved and polished into the form. That attention to small, recognizable things gives the pieces much of their character at the table.
