Cottage Garden Blue Scalloped Wastebasket and Storage Bin by Inner Child
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Blue flowers alternate with green stripes on this fabric-covered Cottage Garden bin. The scalloped rim adds a shaped finish, while the collapsible form provides a decorative home for dry wastepaper or lightweight storage.
“For a writing corner, I would place the stripes near a plain chair or desk. A little pattern below eye level can make the whole arrangement feel more complete.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage
Inner Child began in New York in 2024 with Michelle Pham's belief that practical objects deserve color and imagination. Her parents, Vietnamese refugees who made things out of necessity, passed on the resourcefulness and design flair behind that outlook. The studio works in small batches with multigenerational artisan families and its own workshop teams, keeping the human variation of handwork visible. Its blockprint collection includes cloth printed by an eighth-generation family in Jaipur, using blocks carved by specialist makers. From those repeated impressions to the flowing patterns of hand marbling, the attraction is the craft within an object made to take part in everyday life.
