Equestrian Horse Bit Pewter-Handle Ice Scoop by Vagabond House
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A horse-bit handle in pewter meets a rounded, tapered metal scoop in this equestrian ice utensil. The nine-inch form gives the drinks station a dedicated serving tool, with the riding reference concentrated at the grip.
“I give an ice scoop a dry resting place beside the bucket. Guests should never need to use a drinking glass as a makeshift serving utensil.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Hand wash with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry promptly. Avoid the dishwasher, abrasive pads, harsh cleaners and metal polish. Maker / Heritage
Vagabond House began in 1986 by turning antique silver tableware into jewelry and table accents. The Haas and Hardy families focused the company on tableware after acquiring it in 2004, and three generations now contribute to the Sierra Madre, California business. Its designers look closely at nature, old architecture and antiques, then work with carvers, artisans and fabricators to bring those ideas into useful objects. In the pewter work, details such as the veins of an oak leaf or the textured skin of a pear are carved and polished into the form. That attention to small, recognizable things gives the pieces much of their character at the table.
