Venice Green and Lavender Glass Coupe Glasses by Beatriz Ball - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A low spherical base and fluted bowl give the Venice coupe a distinctive, compact silhouette. Green and lavender hand-painted glass brings a watercolor-like luster to champagne, cocktails or a small dessert. Four matching glasses can add color to a simple table while keeping the form low enough for an easy conversation across it.
“A coupe need not be reserved for a drink in my view. A small serving of fruit or ice cream looks festive in a proper glass, with the green bowl and lavender base becoming part of the dessert's presentation.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Handwash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft sponge, keeping pieces apart in the sink. Rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Support the bowl and stem together rather than twisting them in opposite directions while drying; store upright on the base with space between rims.
Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
