SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order means a lot to us. We appreciate your support! We are dedicated to providing safe and reliable delivery services for our products.

We currently offer trackable shipping within the continental United States. All orders may require 3-7 business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending credit card verification and stock availability as they are shipped directly from vendor. Delivery is made by UPS or Fedex usually within 3 to 10 business days after processing.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

A note on Covid-19: As we (along with our brand partners) take extra precautions, there may be isolated delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your order is affected – and we think you’ll agree that everyone's safety and our beautifully crafted pieces are worth the wait.

We try our very best to respond within 24-48 business hours. However, at times of higher traffic, we might have slight delays. We apologize in advance as we value you and strive to serve you at a high level of excellence.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

The Mayfair Hall allows returns for items eligible for return in accordance with this Refund Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Refund Policy, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase. We are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:

    • Full Price:  Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.


    • Promotions, Discounts & Markdowns: Products that are purchased with a Promotion, Discount or Markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

    • Final Sale:  Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.  

Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials.

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by The Mayfair Hall. Refunds are generally processed within 1-4 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.

The costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. 

Final Sale—Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

All Products that are (i) considered Final Sale as listed below, or (ii) otherwise indicated as “final sale” on its product page, are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you return or send to The Mayfair Hall any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Final Sale), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from The Mayfair Hall in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from The Mayfair Hall, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s). 

Return Process

We hope you love your The Mayfair Hall order, however, if you would like to return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange according to this Refund Policy. Costs for return shipping are the customer's responsibility as The Mayfair Hall does not provide return labels. 

You can receive a refund to Store Credit (in the form of a Gift Card) or to your original payment method. Refunds take approximately 3-4 weeks to be processed by our fulfillment center once received. Please email us at customerservice@themayfairhall.com to start the return process and we will gladly assist you.
